For Free Global Port Delivery, prices include international freight, export documentation, and port delivery to the nearest seaport. Prices do not include destination import duties, VAT, or inland transport unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. For Free Global Port Delivery, REICO remains responsible until the unit is delivered to the agreed seaport. For Self-Shipping orders, risk of loss transfers once goods are handed over to the nominated carrier or forwarder. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All REICO trademarks, product names, visuals, website code, and text content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Services without express written consent. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.
